Bar stories: A normal day in the red circle part 2 This is a continuation story, click here to read the first part of this story. I think Stella has a mind-reading superpower or something, as I was just about to leave she grabbed my arm and told me she wanted to come with so I nodded and smiled at her and told her to go home and wait for everything to get sorted out. I had to calm big guy, my own superpower is to read whenever he wants to break something apart. So a few words were enough for Alex to breathe and he went on his way home. I felt like my mind was going to explode, I didn't do anything yet somehow it felt as if an enormous weight was put on my shoulders. I was walking to my car, I didn't notice but Stella followed and without saying anything she got in the passenger sit. Stella: We need to figure out who did this William: And why was J pressuring us? Stella: I couldn't blame the man, if it were you, you would've done the same. William: I guess but it sure d

Doing the right thing

Chapter of life series: Doing the right thing This subject again... So if you have read my posts before then you understand this is something I struggle with a lot, I believe we all have to do what is right for us. But what exactly is that and how can we tell?   There are times when you can't understand anything from a situation you went through, but then something clicks and you see why that happened. At the moment you just couldn´t see the big picture, it's like you needed a different perspective or the specific angle in order for it to make sense. Lucky Charles wanted to become a singer, Lucky Charles had and incredible voice, the kind of voice we all believe we have when we are singing in the shower.  Charles was incredibly charismatic and that’s why men wanted to be him and women wanted to be with him, so charismatic that people in general wanted him to succeed. Lucky Charles had a great childhood, his family did his best to give him the be

Bar stories : The Red circle, once the greatest gentlemen’s club there was in the city, the place where the people who belonged to the highest level of society aimed to be a part of, was now a place where lowlifes gathered. Mostly to plot for illicit activities and have a good time. Thinking about it actually it really didn’t change much except for … well let’s say the way people carry themselves. The games of poker once were about trying to measure one’s ability to play a part but now the players gambled out of vice which can only lead to bad decision making, for example in more than one occasion people lost everything they had just to prove a point. Something stayed the same, or it could be said, someone stayed the same, the family who ran the establishment the Carters. The Red circle has been passed down generation to generation and nowadays it’s the turn for William Carter jr. Now Sadly for William the place was a real challenge but the Carters... They don’t give up, even if t
